Executive Recruiting - Direct Placement - Give us your requirements and we’ll locate multiple candidates by means of a contingent or retained search. We will not submit them for your review without a thorough interview and will provide a written presentation of the candidate’s qualification and credentials. We will not just send you a resume.
Contract Staffing – when you need to supplement your workforce Kingsview Group can locate, recruit, screen and payroll the right candidate. The employee works on your behalf but is an employee of Kingsview Group and we administer all payroll, taxes and employee benefits. You are billed a fixed rate based on the time the employee works. It’s simple.
Contract to Hire Staffing – Hiring the best talent is critical. This option allows you to evaluate the employee without making a permanent commitment. In essence it’s a way to test drive their skills and ability to adapt to your organization. They remain an employee of Kingsview Group until you feel the fit is right and you invite them to join the company.
