About Us

Kingsview Group is a client driven staffing, recruiting and consulting firm with associates throughout North America and the Pacific Rim.  We are part of a network of independent professionals whose sole purpose is to creatively solve the hiring needs of today’s most innovative companies.

Tom Zelinski founded Kingsview Group in 1999, after a long and rewarding career in the Automotive Industry as an executive and a hiring manager.  His experience includes working at companies such as Chrysler, Rockwell Automotive and LogiCorp (Ryder Logistics); as well as service on the board of the A.I.A.G.

Tom’s experience with organizations on the cutting edge of constant innovation has made him an effective resource in finding top talent for some of the most critical areas of business:  Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Information Services.  His expertise gleaned from experience lends to an in-depth understanding of a company’s needs and results in identifying just the right talent to complement your team.

“In the last 12 years I’ve seen tremendous changes in hiring.  Companies today are under increased pressure and those on track to survive are sticking to core competencies and relying on outside experts in the area of talent management.  Today’s companies are like living organisms and we’ve designed our services to respond.  Every organization today has a need for some direct, full time people, some part time talent and the occasional experts that come in for “special projects”.  The advantage of partnering with us is that we get to know your business and respond with urgency.  We help you to crystallize your talent needs; and we deliver.”

Kathy Courtright joined Kingsview Group in 2009 after 20+ years of sales and marketing in the contract interiors, architectural, real estate, construction information markets.  Kathy’s experience with companies such as Haworth, McGraw-Hill Construction Information, Interface and CoStar Group provides an in-depth perspective on the sales, facilities management, and the specification and project management process.

If I could solve all the problems myself, I would.
